PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. – Children who attended STEM Rocks! at the Peterson Air and Space Museum Aug. 23, 2014 had the opportunity to learn to drive the 21st Civil Engineer Squadron Explosive Ordnance Disposal robot. At one point the U.S. Air Force Academy PACBOT 4, a smaller version, challenged the EOD robot, but was easily thwarted. Children and parents could visit nearly 30 booths to learn about Science, Technology, Engineering and Math in a fun, carnival-like environment. (U.S. Air Force photo/Tech. Sgt. Jared Marquis)
