21st Operations Group liaison officer thanks RAF Fylingdales

Ryan Durand, 21st Operations Group liaison officer, presents a U.S. and United Kingdom flag that was flown over Peterson Air Force Base to Squadron Leader Tim Adcock, Officer Commanding Operations Squadron and president of Mess Committee, for display in the RAF Fylingdales' Officer's Mess.
