PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -- The Peterson AFB Integrated Delivery System, a team of helping agencies is launching a Resilience Passport program in an effort to increase awareness of classes offered and to encourage involvement and participation in base services and programs.

Airmen can earn points by attending the classes listed in the passport. Various point values are given for each class, and passports will be stamped by the instructor after completion. The more classes a person attends, the more points earned. Rewards include water bottles, personal exercise mats, and hydration packs depending on points accumulated.

With a goal to increase Air Force resilience and life skills, the Resilience Passport encourages Airmen to attend classes they might not have previously considered. Each class builds on the Comprehensive Airman Fitness philosophy of maintaining balance between the four wellness domains: social, spiritual, physical, and mental.

The passport, distributed through unit Resilience Training Assistants, lists classes available through the base, such as nutrition counseling or fitness classes, and including each of Individual Resilience Skills Training modules.

The passport will help spread the word of all classes available through the base, allowing Airmen who attend to fill up their toolbox with skills to deal with life's daily stressors.

The passport is intended for Total Force - active duty Air Force, Air Force reserves, civilian employees, and military spouses. For further questions, contact Beverly Price, installation Resilience Operations at (719) 556-6768.
