Sharp warrior

PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -- Tech. Sgt. Patricia Ridge, Headquarters Air Force Space Command Inspector General office, was selected by the Pikes Peak Top 3 for the Sharp Warrior Award for March. Ridge identified 16 discrepancies during compliance inspections and provided the guidance to correct these deficiencies. She also completed her initial IG certifications 110 days ahead of schedule and has completed her senior NCO Course 14. She is involved with the local community and with the Air Force Sergeants' Association. Ridge exemplifies the whole person concept and has demonstrated dedication and professionalism on and off duty which led to her selection as a sharp warrior. The Sharp Warrior Award is awarded each month in recognition of Team Petersons’ best. Any first sergeant or senior NCO serving as a first sergeant who observes outstanding performance may nominate someone for the award to the first sergeants council. (U.S. Air Force photo)
