Kids 'investigate' VBS

PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. – More than 130 children from preschool through fifth grade attended this year’s vacation Bible school at the Peterson base chapel July 8-12. “Investigation Destination” was the theme for this year’s VBS which offered the children a fun and active experience blended with biblical teachings. The one-week summer event began every morning with a Bible story shared with the children, who afterwards broke into age-appropriate classes for a full day of investigation-themed experiments, crafts, games and other activities.
